HOW TO MAKE FREEZER BREAKFAST MUFFINS

STEP 1: COOK THE BREAKFAST SAUSAGE
Heat your skillet and cook your breakfast sausage until browned and cooked thru. Set aside while you prep your batter.
STEP 2: MUFFIN BATTER
In a large bowl, whisk together flour, baking powder, and salt.
Pour in melted butter and whisk until mix is well combined and crumbly.
Then, pour in your beaten eggs and milk.
Mix well until all ingredients are combined.
STEP 3: ADD THE GOOD STUFF
When your batter is ready, add the cooked sausage, cheese, and green onions.
Fold in the ingredients and be careful not to over mix.
STEP 4: MAKE YOUR MUFFINS
Spray a muffin tin with cooking spray or use muffin cups to line your tin.
Fill each up and bake for 35-40 minutes on 350 degrees.
Enjoy right away or freeze in an air tight bag for up to 1 month.
To reheat, cover in a damp paper towel and microwave for 1 minute.
