STEP 1: PREPARE YOUR VEGGIES
First, select 6 tomatoes. They can be of various sizes and chop them into large pieces. Place them in your food processor.
Next, slice and dice your jalapeño peppers, ½ an onion, and the cilantro.
Juice half a lemon and grab 3 garlic cloves.
STEP 2: MAKE YOUR SALSA
After everything is chopped and ready to go, place it all in your food processor. Add 1 teaspoon of sea salt and 2 teaspoons of ground cumin.
Pulse the ingredients about 10 times or until all ingredients are combined and diced. Be sure to stop before it becomes soupy!
STEP 3: DIG IN!
Pour your salsa into a bowl, grab your chips, and dig in!
Your fresh batch can be stored in an air tight container and refrigerated for up to one week.
