As a LAWN FOOD, Texas A & M proved our coffee, when combined with poultry meal, greened up the turf and performed as well as synthetic sources of nitrogen such as ammonium sulphate and urea on turf grass trials. It also feeds the lawn a balanced source of fertility that does not exacerbate fungal diseases made worse by applying high nitrogen synthetic fertilizers.

As a BIO-FUNGICIDE, our coffee is rich in polyphenolic compounds, such as chlorogenic acid, that are known anti-fungal agents.  When combined with peat moss and elemental sulfur, our coffee releases excess hydrogen ions into soil which change to soil biome to favor hydrogen oxidizing bacteria that produce anti-fungal enzymes and crowd out the pathogens.

As an ANTI-VIRAL catalyst to protect against SAD, our coffee was found to increase the production of carboxylic acids in soils.  These carboxylic acids are negatively charged and attach to the positively charged virus protein inhibiting it from entering into the cell wall of the root.
